Focusing on the implications of body-cameras in American police work, the film visits the headquarters of Axon (the Arizona-based manufacturer of such technology) whilst also documenting a Baltimore police force training with the equipment. What emerges is a poetically associative visual essay that follows the implications of power and control that underpin such data.
Combining questions of privacy, state control and racism, with a more abstract contemplation of photography and the physiology of sight, this is a truly unique documentary experience.
