French Film Festival UK 2026
Every year the French Film Festival UK provides a glittering, stimulating, and at times challenging array of films in cinemas throughout the UK, and online.
Beginning in 1992, the festival has grown to encompass locations from Dundee to Plymouth by way of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, Chichester, London – and Newcastle, right here at The Tyneside!
The 34th instalment features an incredible programme including Violette / Changer l’eau des fleurs from Amélie director Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Fred Cavayé’s robust new adaptation of Les Misérables.
