Haddonfield, Illinois. Halloween night.

The life of babysitter Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) is forever changed when she crosses paths with the escaped killer Michael Myers – who was locked away for the brutal murder of his sister as a child.

Adorning a chilling mask, Michael begins a reign of murderous terror on his old hometown. It falls to resilient Laurie and Michael’s fearless psychiatrist Dr Sam Loomis (Donald Pleasence) to face the evil of ‘The Shape’.

Perhaps the greatest slasher film of all time, soundtracked by John Carpenter’s spine-chilling score, horror cinema doesn’t get better than this dread-inducing masterpiece from the cinematic Prince of Darkness.
