Slow West director John Maclean revisits the plains of the Western genre for this brisk, brutal Scottish revenge Samurai thriller, as the titular young heroine (the fearless Kōki) sets out on a path of vengeance against a formidable criminal gang led by the merciless Sugarman (Tim Roth) and his scheming son Little Sugar (Jack Lowden).
