Two young Hong Kong asylum seekers navigating systemic uncertainty and isolation in contemporary Britain form a tentative bond, exploring the fragile hope of starting over in exile.

The film follows Bosco and Yasmin, two young Hongkongers forced to seek asylum in the UK following political upheaval in their homeland. Facing intense isolation and the exhausting uncertainty of a complex immigration system, they struggle to rebuild their lives from scratch.

When their paths cross, a tentative relationship begins to form. Bound by shared trauma and the mutual ache of exile, the pair navigate their new reality together, finding a fragile sense of belonging and hope in each other as they face the challenges of starting again.
