Though he has a fantastic life and a fantastic family, the looming threat of dastardly farmers Boggis, Bunce and Bean spells danger for the suave, sophisticated Mr. Fox (George Clooney).

Threatening the integrity of his cosy underground habitat, the wry Mr. Fox plans a heist, enlisting a crack team of the most skilled animals in the neighbourhood – including night-vision gifted Phil Mole (James Hamilton), the lightning-fast Rabbit (Mario Batali) and, inexplicably, demolitions expert Clive Badger Esq. (Bill Murray).

Co-written by acclaimed indie director Noah Baumbach, this painstakingly crafted stop-motion delight is a treat for all ages, with all creatures great and small voiced by a typically illustrious ensemble cast, including Meryl Streep, Willem Dafoe, Owen Wilson and Jarvis Cocker.
